How To Find What Hardware Is Installed On Your Machine
As requested, here is a simple tutorial to find out what hardware is installed on your machine. The specific request involved finding out what graphics card was on the system, but this tutorial can be use to find any installed hardware.
Step 1 - Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel

Step 2 - Select System.

Step 3 - Go to the Hardware tab and select Device Manager.

Step 4 - Here is a list of all of the installed hardware on your system. For a video card, go to Display Adapters and expand it. Here are a list of all display adapters installed on your system. Each one with an X through the icon is a device with drivers installed, but is unplugged.
